Location: the hotel was so close to subway / train station. For dinner, we went to Seasonal Tastes, it was minutes away from the venue.

This was my wonderful stay for 3 nights. Its location was indeed favourable and perfect and only 5 minutes walk from a short street. It was located in a tourist area close enough to a fantastic Mexican restaurant, a unique base for me.

Units with a spa tub. Had a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Very caring and helpful staff that liked their guests. It was in the central location next to the airport. Moreover, it was close to Terminal 21 & BTS Asoke and subway / train station and subway stations and skytrain stations.

The location of Key Hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the BTS and close proximity to malls and supermarkets. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I found the hotel easily and appreciated the convenience of the nearby transportation options. The facilities were clean and the overall experience was great. A special mention goes to the Terminal 21 mall, which offered a wide variety of food choices and interesting shopping options.

The location is close to Public Transport. Sukhumvit MRT and Asok Skytrain. Also, Robinsons Department Store is close by.

Great location! Right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall and BTS Asok station, which made transportation super easy. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me plan my trip to a rural area.

Everything was spot on.

I enjoyed the room with extra bed for my elder son, the bed was very comfy. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were provided.

Some rooms come equipped with a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Staff members are also noted as being helpful and courteous.

Some guests have noted that the hotel's soundproofing is inadequate, with noise from slamming doors and nearby rooms being an issue for some.

Communication might be a problem so make sure the staff understand your request.

I wish there was 2 single bed room available. I have to ask for an extra bed because it wasn't comfortable at all even though the bed is king size.

Convenient location, close to BTS and malls. Upgraded to spacious room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
